It gives me tremendous pleasure that m able to create and introduce a site to all of you It’s sangstaphan yes the literal meaning of this word in Assamese is employable or being employed for one’s livelihood. I belong to the Assamese community so thought of giving my site name which is relevant to my mother tongue.
Myself Alakesh sarma an MBA in Marketing and HR by qualification and a permanent resident of Guwahati Assam India. I created this site by myself whatever technical skills I have acquired or gained. I don’t have a single person other than me while creating this site and even as of now. I humbly request to all my visitors kindly ping me anytime if you find anything wrong, mistakes, or any inappropriate behavior on this site. I will resolve such issues within a very less possible amount of time
Sangstaphan is a name chosen to make a change in our society. Sangstaphan will try its best possible effort to make every one of us must employable in their interest of work and earn their livelihood not necessary to be a very well educated people should get job others are equally eligible to do something tremendous work with their expertise and interest. So I decided to form a platform where each of us will get equal scope and opportunities based on our skills, talent, knowledge, idea, interests, etc. so I thought of providing them a place where we all can connect, share relevant job opportunities, skill test, knowledge sharing, etc. Providing jobs to all is almost next to impossible I intend to create multiple platforms whereby one could enroll and get involved in it. If you are wanted to be financially stable and strong always choose a smart and strategic decision.
My site will consist of the full-time, part-time, daily wage earner, online earning, freelance work, etc. Don’t just waste your precious time getting a job incorporates or govt department, there are an innumerable number of other opportunities that exist too.
I aim to remove and reduce the gap between skilled workers and unskilled workers. All are equally not talented some might be good in academics, others might be in agricultural activities, and others might be in establishing their shop or business venture. etc etc. So move ahead with what you are more passionate about and loved to do. Don’t just work for the sake of others. Do what makes you happy then the rest will follow you.
